Week 3-Jordan Amirault

San Juan Water and Beach Club Hotel Blogs

This week there were posts about the hotels new restaurant called Zest. The restaurant continues to keep the vibe of the hotel incorporating white tongue chairs, soothing blue lights, and wave-like lighting effects. Lounge music is provided for customers and the cuisine carries some kind of contemparary, creative twist. The restaurants location makes it convenient for business and leisure travelers. Bloggers have posted comments on their experiences at Zest. Some bloggers reported that the meals were delicious and the drinks were tasty and creative. They also enjoyed the vibe of the restaurant and how it included many similarities to the hotels hip, contemparary style.




Fairmont Monte Carlo Blogs

This week there were post about the Fairmont Monte Carlo hosting a gala dinner to celebrate the “Little Chefs by the Fairmont Monte-Carlo.” Chef Joannès had the opportunity to visit his his kitchens that students where using to take part  in the third series of the "Master chef" program. The teams were divivded into two and each of the contestants participating in the contest had the oppurtunity to meet chef Philippe Joannès. The teams were responsible for recreating one of Chef Joannès main courses. They were then judged by a jury of chefs. No comments have been made, thus far, on how the program went.
