This week the blog talks about sales and revenue verses operations. The blog writer has experience in managing many hotels. He talks about how he can get pressure from the people above him to get guests in rooms and how he needs to keep all of the workers happy and not upset because they think they can never do anything right and sometimes just want to walk out because they get so upset. The target audience is really anyone who may need an in site into the coming trends of the next year.
