relates to the industry because food prepared for others is an important aspect
in the Restaurant Industry. Emily Krolikowski who is a Head Chef wrote this
weeks post about preparing meals. She talks about why chefs have to be so
restricted when making meals from the menu. Emily discusses working outside of
the box is more fun and creative when constructing plates. Restaurants should
make the meal an experience and that the sky is the limit when preparing meals.

and the music blogger is hot news. The interview they had discussed the brains
behind the blog and the type of music it features. The interviewer wanted to
know the history of the blog and why they post the things they post. This post
