http://family.fourseasons.com/2012/01/parents’-insider-guide-to-family-travel-four-seasons/

The topics that the author really claims to know a lot about is how China is really set up. How the Four Seasons in China gives the customer the full China experience. Knowledge of the Chinese landscape, culture, and foods really help the reader get the feel of what the hotel has to offer. This weeks inspired story is about family traveling to the Four Seasons Hotel in Hangzhou West Lake in China. The information is relevant because this blog explains a lot about what Four Seasons really wants the customers to experience and enjoy the time at the hotel. The intended target is for families that are looking for a good long family vacation spot in China. I believe the goals are met in terms of attracting customers and viewers who are looking for that type of experience in the Four Seasons hotel.

The author claims a lot of knowledge about how the Four Seasons Hotel in Mumbai staff takes care of every single person with the most professionalism. No matter what age they are, the staff will take extra care with the customers. It gives them the best experience when so much attention is given to them. Respect to the kids and treating them like adults is important. The information is relevant to showing how prestigious Four Seasons Hotels are, how they run their business and how they manage what a lot of other hotels cannot do. This is intended to those who want a quality hotel and that seek fantastic services. I think it meets its goals because the way the responses went by the family that stayed at the hotel were extremely positive.
