Week 2


For the Boston Harbor Hotel Blog the author claims knowledge of theater business because there are frequent posts about the productions going on within Boston theaters.  This weeks story is about the Fall family specials in the hotel.  This is attempting to get family weekend business by showing special rates along with accommodations that would tempt families to stay at the hotel.  The author does meet his goal because the info is there and it shows that there are incentives for families to stay.

For the Sheraton on the Falls blog the author claims knowledge of events going on in the Niagara Falls area as well as features in the hotel.  The most recent story is about the renovations to the spa area in the hotel.  This info is relevant because it shows new features in the hotel which make guests want to stay there.  For this particular post the target audience is most likely women, but not to be only for women.  The author meets the goal because there are pictures in the post which show what the new spa looks like, attracting customers and the author gives just enough info about the renovation and not too much.
