It is always great to see how the different Fairmont Hotels vary from location to location. The Fairmont Southampton in Bermuda is very different than the Fairmont at Lake Louise. These guest's stories are exciting and inspiring for travelers everywhere. Seeing one story may be inspiring to someone else to go to that hotel and also have an amazing, wonderful experience.

Renaissance Hotel Blogs
The latest blog in the Renaissance Blog gives a little spotlight to executive chef of the Renaissance Atlanta Midtown Hotel, Janine Falvo. She was selected for one of the 29 chefs on the next season of TopChef! This is a great blog to see because she is clearly a talented chef, and in all of these hotels all over the world, there are extremely talented chefs working behind the bars in those kitchens. Seeing Falvo go off onto a successful cooking show, one that showcasing all of these talented chefs, only shows what other chefs around the world are doing. This causes us to think about the food we are served in these high quality hotel restaurants and that they are truly high quality dishes.
