Week 3 - David Antolini

This week The Boston Harbor Hotel blog discusses the Ellis Boston Antiques Show.  It says how the show has been a tradition for 49 years but stopped in 2009, but then restarted last year and will continue this year.  The blog author then goes on to say how this year's show will be better than ever with many antiques and enticing products to purchase.  Then the dates and times for the show are posted.  This relates to the industry because it is showing retail opportunities in the same area as the actual hotel so potential customers will be intrigued to stay if they enjoy shows such as the Ellis Antiques Show.  There are no comments on this particular post.

The Sheraton on the Falls blog was did not have any new postings so I decided to switch to the Ritz Carlton Boston blog. Ritz Carlton Boston.
The most recent post discusses how there is a special lunch going on in Boston called Code 51.  During this lunch there will be veteran musicians playing while families are enjoying their lunch.  This relates to the industry because it is advertising lunch and food for hotel stayers.  So again encouraging people to stay at the hotel so they can enjoy the lunch.  Again there are no comments on this post.
