The first blog I chose was for the DoubleTree Hotel, because that is what I will be studying. This blog has many links that will be helpful in order to learn more about the DoubleTree and the experience a guest would have if they chose the DoubleTree. This blog also connects to Facebook and Twitter. The second blog that I chose to follow was for the Black Tie Company, which is the company that I am hoping to intern at. This company is in Maine, which is where I live. The blog is a way of getting to know the company in a better light. There are stories of experiences told. The Black Tie Company does weddings, special events, and corporate events. The Black Tie Company also has a Facebook page that is updated more and has more pictures of their events.
