Final Blog Post- Alex Tonsberg

One Response To "Back To School Means Games Time: How To Play Coconut Pétanque From Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui"

  1. I have never been to Thailand’s Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui but I have read about the hotel. It sounds just phenomenal, I have been to the Four Seasons Hotel in Hong Kong but this one seems to really over take the Four Seasons hotel in Hong Kong. I love the way you described the coconut game, that sounds like a lot of fun, which I could definitely play with my two young siblings. I go to Endicott College, in Beverly, Mass. and I am currently studying hotel management. I really am fascinated by the hotel industry and I am looking into possibly working at a Four Seasons Hotel some day. I really enjoyed reading this story and it attracts me to go to the Four Seasons in Thailand!

One Response To "Mom-Daughter Dream Spa & Yoga Retreat At Four Seasons Maldives Landaa Giraavaru"

  1. I have been following, and reading a lot about this spa vacation spot in the Four Seasons Hotel in Maldives. The Four Seasons blogs have been fantastic based on what the Four Seasons Hotel has to offer. In my view it is the most spectacular hotels in the world. I would love the chance to go to this Four Seasons hotel in Maldives. It sounds relaxing, releasing of stress, calming the mind, and treating your body with healthy medicines and massages. I am currently studying hotel management and Endicott College in Beverly, Mass. in the United States, and I am seriously interested in working at a luxurious hotel just like the Four Seasons Hotel.

Week 4 Lindsey Sneider

Blog Week 4 Responses

I have enjoyed reading the stories from your blog! It is interesting to hear real stories from a business that is local to me. I'm from Maine and I'm hoping to do an internship with your company at some point. I have heard nothing but good things about the Black Tie Company and I think it would be great experience in events. I also enjoyed all of the pictures that show the events to give the visual aspect as well.
I enjoyed the story about the cake that was impossible to keep intact because of the weather conditions. It was very cute to hear that at the end of the catastrophe that the bride and groom made the best of it by enjoying a whoopie pie together.

I have been reading the posts on this blog because I am doing a research project on the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel chain. It is interesting to be updated on all of the new locations that are being launched. I also noticed that there are different links on the sides of the blog for a lot of information that is very helpful. This blog makes it very easy to learn new information and stay updated on what is happening within the company.

Week 4

Sanctuary Spa
their wasn't a place to post. But I was going to write
"I really enjoy reading about this blog, since I use to work at the salon next door. It's great to see the marketing methods of the spa and the new products that you have to offer. " I want to manage a spa when Im older, so I love to read this blog.

The Inn at Mills Falls
" I really enjoyed the layout of the blog and liked that the Inn talked about events to do around the town of Meredith. I've been at the Inn over 10 times and have always had a great experience. I will continue to read this blog to here about more events.

This is from Luxury Link and it is my post on there most recent post on "The Secret Bay"

This is from The Alex Hotel, and they do not allow blogger to write directly on there websites blog, but instead they direct you to Facebook where the blogs link is, and they allow comments. I think it makes the actual website more organized by doing it this way.

I was unable to upload my screenshots here, but I did make comments on both of my blogs. San Juan Water and Beach Hotel Blog: Thank you for sharing with me lots of interesting details and information about this hotel and all of its new features. I will highly reccomend this hotel to any people who are interested in staying in the area. I hope someday I will be able to visit the San Juan Water and Beach Hotel and go to its new restaurant, Zest. Fairmont Monte-Carlo: Thank you for posting your blogs about this wonderful hotel. I enjoyed reading and following along each week about new programs and activities that the Fairmont was involved in. I have never been to this hotel before but, based on all of its reviews and descriptions,I would highly recommend it to anyone. This was a very helpful blog and I continue to read more each week

"I love your blog's close attention to Disney because it goes along with the rest of your family-oriented travel site. This most recent Disney post is really interesting because it incorporates many different advertisements."

The Final Week -- David Aranjo

Apparently I'm not as tech-savvy as I thought I was; I have no idea how to take a screenshot.

Luxury Accommodations Blog:

"I appreciate your blog's attention to details of these various luxury hotels around the world. It's amazing to see the detail, and to imagine the time that it would take to create these hotels. These hotels could easily be considered masterpieces." -- David Aranjo

The Holiday Inn Traveler:

"I completely agree with the various points and tips you make throughout your blog. This is a very helpful source, especially pertaining to the Holiday Inn. The next time I stay at an establishment such as the Holiday Inn, I will reflect back on your blog and make sure to keep your various points in mind during my stay." -- David Aranjo

Week 4

Ritz-Carlton Blog

http://atlanticassociatesre.com/2012/10/the-buzz-is-back-at-downtown-crossing/#comment-380

The Boston Harbor Hotel Blog does not allow comments but if on this post http://blog.bhh.com/bhh/2012/10/favorites-galore-in-the-celebrity-series-of-boston-2012-13-season.html I would comment asking if staying at the Boston Harbor, if you would get any incentives to go to see the performances such as a coupon or money off tickets to the shows.  Also will the hotel supply transportation to and from these halls where performances are happening because if so that would make me want to go even more since you wouldn't have to worry about being on time and such.  If staying at the Boston Harbor Hotel, one is clearly on a luxury vacation so they would want to be able to arrive to these performances in style and see and be seen and the Boston Harbor as incentives to having guests stay with them should offer shuttles or limos to go support the local performance halls.

Molly Nassimos Final week

My post had to be approved before it could be officially posted onto the website, but in my post I discussed how I was looking to travel to Bermuda in the near future and with their posts and all the amenities they have to offer their hotel has definitely been taken into consideration as to where I stay.

http://thereefs.blogspot.com

Once again, my post had to be reviewed before it was officially posted onto the hotels blog. In my post, I discussed how beneficial it was for the blog to post what activities and events were happening in Dublin because that is very important to the guests staying at the property.

Week 3 - Allie Webber

The two blogs I have selected to follow couldn’t be more different. The Four Seasons blog is a lot of posts by the author about the hotel in general, and the Regency blog is full of posts about upcoming events. In both blogs, the authors have discussed fall events this week. They’re starting to talk about Halloween and upcoming holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas. The Four Seasons’ post this week relates to the industry because they are marketing an “education vacation”, meaning that they are stressing the historical value of the city of Boston. Rarely do followers post comments on either of my blogs, and when they do, it’s not right out in the open and sometimes hard to find. When they do post reviews, it’s either a raving review or a very unhappy one.
